SUMMARY:The Committee gave the final approval to the general layout of the baseball, softball, soccer and tennis playing areas and agreed to have a ground level pressbox. They also decided not to have back rests on stadium seats in order to maintain the maximum seating capacity which is still projected at 8,100 seats. Groundbreaking is expected to take place in October 2008. A site diagram of the football field is now available and will be posted as soon as we attain it. With regards to a cost estiimate for the entire project, that information will be more accurate at the completion of the planning phase in the project's time line. The first bid to be let out will have to be a bid for utilities which is required before any construction. That request for bids may take place in August 2008. R. Castillo
